Asset Dashboard and Diagnostics API

GET /asset/health-data returns tenant-scoped counts for total and selected lifecycle states plus history and document counts. The portal dashboard fetches the asset list and derives its presentation client-side. Audit, timeline, and outbox routes accept an optional take value that is clamped to a bounded range.
No dedicated reporting endpoint, export endpoint, trend series, utilization projection, server-side dashboard DTO, caller-selected sorting, or pagination exists. Health-data is labeled Foundation and is not a readiness assessment.

The API is Transitional. Capabilities explicitly described as absent are Not implemented. Host diagnostics and evidence routes are Foundation. Production exposure, ownership, and governance Require confirmation.
