Attendance Lifecycle

Summary​

Attendance moves from context and capture through calculation, review, correction, and payroll use. There is no separately named Draft state; a valid unapproved outcome is submitted or pending review.

Audience​

Employees, managers, HR, attendance and payroll administrators, analysts, product owners, and QA engineers.

Lifecycle​

Context includes tenant, employee, joining date, effective shift and policy, and weekly-off evaluation where applicable. Approval canonicalizes the calculation. Rejection clears the attendance outcome. Reopen approval is blocked for a payroll-locked period. Detailed editing authority and general cut-off policy require confirmation.
