Managers or Attendance administrators review pending daily outcomes.

Intended Users​

Source-defined navigation audiences and API authorization determine access; see Navigation and access.

Preconditions​

Authenticated tenant user; pending records and approval capability.

Main Components​

Board pending indicators, row/week actions, bulk selection, confirmation modal and detail drawer.

Columns or Fields​

Pending daily status and work values are displayed in board/detail context.

Filters​

Board employee/organization/status filters.

Actions​

Approve/reject a week or selected pending records; rejection uses the implemented administrative reason path.

Validation​

Actions disable when no pending identifiers exist; server validates state and scope.

Loading State​

Weekly board loading state.

Empty State​

No records or no pending work disables actions.

Success State​

Success toast and refreshed results.

Error State​

Inline/toast API error.

Access Behavior​

UI capability flags control actions; monolith and extracted service enforce authorization differently and remain Transitional.

API Dependencies​

Attendance pending, approve and reject operations.

Approval recalculates canonical values server-side; UI does not reproduce calculation.
