Timeline is operational/business evidence, not a cryptographically immutable ledger. The reviewed read foundation exposes recent tenant-scoped entries rather than a dedicated claimant history workflow. Retention, claimant visibility, export, correction, and formal record-of-truth status Require confirmation.
