Employee Leave View

Summary

Employees have confirmed Leave navigation for applying, viewing balances/history/status, and cancelling their own Pending request.

Employees, managers, HR/Leave administrators, product owners, and QA.

Overview

The client route selects an employee self-service view for employee-only users and a broader Leave management view for other audiences. Confirmed concepts include balance summaries, request form, Leave type and date range, optional reason, request history/status, detail view, and cancellation of an owned Pending request. The broader page also shows Leave types/policy summaries and balance ledgers according to access.

Holiday configuration exists on a separate settings route; an employee holiday-list experience is visible in self-service dashboard data, but a dedicated employee Holiday page and team calendar are not confirmed. Supporting documents are not implemented. Detailed screen behavior is deferred to the UI epic.
