Leave Manager and HR Workflows

Summary

Confirmed management behavior uses self, team, or tenant scope and supports request review, decisions, balances, Leave types, holidays, and weekly offs.

Audience

Managers, HR/Leave administrators, Payroll administrators, product owners, and QA.

Overview

Managers and broader administrators can see requests within the source-defined employee scope. Authorized approvers can approve or reject Pending requests, with rejection reason. Tenant-wide administration can add approved Leave, maintain balances, review summary totals, and use import/export surfaces. Leave type configuration, policy viewing, Holiday administration, and weekly-off administration are confirmed in service/UI sources, although detailed policy editing is not confirmed.

Final named-role catalog and parity between monolith, gateway, and extracted service require confirmation. Carry-forward and encashment administration are not implemented. Search behavior is mainly status filtering and scoped lists; organization filters require confirmation.
