Leave Impact on Payroll

Payroll compatibility behavior consumes approved Leave dates and separates paid from unpaid Leave using a transitional type convention.

Overview

Only Approved Leave is included in the confirmed legacy Payroll/attendance summary. Rejected and Cancelled requests are excluded. The source distinguishes unpaid Leave by Leave type text, while the extracted Leave type also has an explicit paid flag; alignment is Transitional. Leave balances remain Leave-owned and do not define Payroll calculation formulas.

Approval/rejection/cancellation events exist, but downstream Payroll consumption and timing are not proven by the Leave publisher alone. Eventual consistency and post-Payroll corrections require confirmation. No Payroll formula or monetary value is documented.
