LMS Audit and Timeline History

Summary​

Training writes tenant-scoped audit and timeline records for principal mutations including courses, paths, enrollments, attempts, certificates/documents, sessions, materials, and imports. Read endpoints return recent evidence ordered by occurrence time.

Audit stores action/actor and serialized details; timeline stores entry type, actor, description, and metadata. This documentation does not expose personal learning content or assessment answers. Retention, immutability governance, redaction, export, approval, and audit-reader authorization require confirmation.

Requires confirmation​

Business ownership, policy approval, fine-grained eligibility, service objectives, and future lifecycle governance require confirmation where not implemented.
