Summary

The catalog is the tenant-scoped course list ordered by creation time. It exposes code, title, description, category, duration, status, module count, and material count through the API projection. The admin UI lists course, category, duration, status, and actions.

Only published courses can be assigned through canonical enrollment creation/import. No public catalog, learner search/filter, approval workflow, prerequisite engine, capacity rule, pricing, or external marketplace is confirmed.

Requires confirmation

Business ownership, policy approval, fine-grained eligibility, service objectives, and future lifecycle governance require confirmation where not implemented.
