LMS Notifications

Summary​

Training creates lifecycle contracts for assignment, start, completion, assessment pass/fail, certificate issue, and session schedule/reschedule. Notification Service recognizes those nine contract types. An expiring-certificate contract/resolver exists, but no Training source invocation was confirmed.

Notifications are eventually consistent consumer-owned effects; templates, recipient resolution, preferences, and channel delivery belong to Notification. Training persists outbox intent, but no Training-specific hosted relay registration was found. Publication and production delivery maturity therefore require confirmation.

Requires confirmation​

Business ownership, policy approval, fine-grained eligibility, service objectives, and future lifecycle governance require confirmation where not implemented.
