Dashboard and Reporting

Business Purpose

Help operators see message volume and failure signals that warrant investigation.

Actors

Operations administrators, support teams, product owners, service owners and managers.

Business Flow

The service statistics operation returns totals for templates, messages, sent, failed, read and processed events. The admin notification center combines headline counts with failed and audit tables. Operations views also present delivered, pending and failed indicators plus recent failures and audit activity.

Responsibilities

Operations teams investigate trends and individual failures. Product owners define thresholds and service-level meaning. Data owners ensure counts are scoped correctly. Managers avoid treating technical counts as employee-engagement measures.

Business Rules

Counts reflect persisted service states. “Sent” does not prove recipient receipt, and “processed event” does not mean every channel delivered. The UI derives some pending/delivered displays from available service data.

Integrations

Dashboards consume statistics, failed-message and audit operations. Notification telemetry is registered for operational observation but does not create a reviewed business analytics model.

Limitations

No date range, trend series, tenant comparison, export, scheduled report, threshold alert or delivery-rate denominator was found. Simulated sender success can inflate sent counts.

Requires Confirmation

Confirm metric definitions, tenant scope, reporting periods, service-level targets, alert thresholds, ownership and whether provider receipts will become the delivery measure.
