Attendance employee profiles and assignments can be created through attendance-owned application behavior. That is not verified event-driven onboarding synchronization.
Attendance's outbound lifecycle contracts feed payroll/integration concerns but do not establish onboarding activation. Joining-date propagation into Attendance was not found.
A hosted relay exists for Attendance's own outbox. There is no processed-event ledger for Employee synchronization because no such consumer is implemented.
