Who appears in Onboarding?​

Candidates associated with accepted or signed offers in the loaded Recruitment workspace.

Does completing onboarding prove every downstream system is ready?​

No. It proves the routed completion action returned successfully. Employee creation, event delivery and each downstream projection must be verified at its own boundary.

Are bank, KYC and document checklist values mandatory?​

They are represented in the form/checklist, but the UI does not enforce all of them as completion gates. Applicable policy and backend validation require confirmation.

Can an employee submit another resignation?​

The UI blocks a new form while it finds an active exit request.

Can an employee request rollback from this page?​

No verified control originates rollback. Privileged users can decide a rollback request once it exists through another supported boundary.

Is access disabled automatically on the last-working date?​

The page exposes an eligible queue and an explicit Process action. Automatic processing is not evidenced by this UI.

Why is Exit not in the menu?​

The route exists and is protected, but the current menu definition has no verified Exit item.

Is there an offboarding dashboard?​

No dedicated exit analytics surface was verified. The exit page provides operational tables, and broader people metrics may derive counts from employee dates.

Which status should users trust?​

Use the latest server-returned lifecycle status. The UI collapses several internal approved/rollback states into friendlier labels.

Do not share credentials, offer action links or personal values. Use approved restricted support channels with sanitized time, page, action, status category and correlation evidence.
