Payroll Advances and Recoveries

Summary​

An advance summary tracks total, remaining, and monthly recovery context. Calculation proposes bounded recovery; freeze prevents duplicate/over-recovery, reduces remaining balance, and records a transaction. Unfreeze restores unreversed recovery. This is not evidence of a general loan module.
