Payroll Attendance Inputs

Summary​

Submitted/approved Attendance updates a period snapshot containing paid units, work hours, overtime, shortfall, and absence categories. Calculation skips an active employee without a snapshot. Payroll does not recalculate Attendance. Frozen Payroll supplies a separate period-lock signal.
