Payroll uses synchronized period inputs and active workforce; missing Attendance skips an employee. Leave and approved Expense arrive eventually. Overtime combines Attendance/manual entries. Advance recovery applies at freeze and reverses at unfreeze. Frozen Payroll must be unfrozen to rerun. Payslips are available from Frozen outcomes. A bank-ready export exists, but payment/disbursement status and reconciliation do not.

How is Payroll calculated? Active projected employees with Attendance input are calculated with confirmed period inputs; formulas are excluded.

Which Attendance and Leave records are used? Synchronized submitted/approved Attendance and Leave lifecycle projections.

When is overtime included? Attendance overtime and period manual entries; manual approval requires confirmation.

How are advances recovered? Proposed during calculation, applied at freeze, and reversed at unfreeze.

Can Frozen Payroll be rerun? Only after explicit unfreeze and correction.

When is a payslip available? On demand from a Frozen outcome.

How are reimbursements handled? Only Approved Expense snapshots are included.

Is disbursement supported? Bank-ready export exists; payment lifecycle and reconciliation do not.
