Summary​

Confirmed gaps define the boundary of Performance Epic 11.1.

Audience​

HR administrators, managers, employees, product owners, implementation partners, engineering, QA, support, architecture, and security reviewers as applicable.

Overview​

The module implements core staged appraisal behavior but retains compatibility behavior and lacks several broader talent-management capabilities.

Confirmed business behavior​

Not implemented: competencies, formal KPI catalog, objective hierarchy/OKRs, goal progress/check-ins, independent reviewer/360 feedback, development plans, one-to-ones, promotion readiness/workflow, succession planning, rewards/recognition, appraisal documents, and Payroll actions.

Business rules​

No explicit endpoint authorization policies were found. Cycle phase advancement and appraisal close cascade are modeled but not callable. Compatibility bypasses staged rules/events. Current ESS is read-oriented, and the admin action surface does not capture full canonical review detail.

Maturity​

The module is Transitional. Core domain behavior is implemented, while permissions, ownership, UI completeness, compatibility parity, and governance remain incomplete.

Requires confirmation​

Eligibility population, role catalog, ownership, rating confidentiality, calibration governance, appeal/sign-off, notification delivery, retention/privacy, production workflow trust, and cross-module outcomes require confirmation.
