Performance Goal Events

Summary​

Canonical goal creation raises GoalCreatedDomainEvent and maps to GoalCreatedEvent. Updates, progress changes, and weightage/evaluation changes are state mutations without dedicated contracts.

Canonical commands coordinate evidence. Compatibility create/update has compatibility evidence but no lifecycle outbox signal.

Requires confirmation​

Operational ownership, service objectives, reconciliation, replay, and future consumer governance require confirmation where not explicitly implemented.
