Outbound contracts are ReviewCycleOpenedEvent, ReviewCycleClosedEvent, GoalCreatedEvent, AppraisalSelfSubmittedEvent, AppraisalManagerReviewedEvent, AppraisalApprovedEvent, and RatingFinalizedEvent. Notification consumes all seven; each is version 1.

Performance consumes zero inbound integration contracts. Shared envelope concepts include identity, occurrence, source, schema, tenant, actor, correlation, and causation. Compatibility writes create none of these contracts.

Requires confirmation

Operational ownership, service objectives, reconciliation, replay, and future consumer governance require confirmation where not explicitly implemented.
