Performance Review Events

Summary​

Review records retain reviewer category and stage while appraisal methods own rollup/status. Self submission raises the appraisal self-submitted event; manager completion raises manager-reviewed. HR review changes state without an event. There is no generic review-submitted contract.

Notification effects exist only for mapped appraisal signals. Review content and evaluation values are intentionally excluded. Audit/timeline evidence is command-coordinated.

Requires confirmation​

Operational ownership, service objectives, reconciliation, replay, and future consumer governance require confirmation where not explicitly implemented.
