Confirmed identifier-only boundary between Performance and employee contexts.

Overview

Performance associates an appraisal with numeric user and optional labor identifiers. It can default those identifiers from the request context and Gateway ESS queries can scope appraisal reads to the current subject.

Confirmed implementation

• No Employee service client is registered by Performance.
• No profile lookup or employee-data enrichment occurs during appraisal creation or event publication.
• Gateway ESS aggregation queries Performance using the caller context.
• Notification recipient enrichment is downstream rather than a Performance responsibility.

Classification

Foundation integration through identifiers and Gateway; direct Employee integration is Not implemented.

Requires confirmation

Subject existence validation, manager assignment ownership, lifecycle synchronization, and profile enrichment require confirmation.
