Confirmed rules
- Recommendation is Selected, Rejected, or Hold.
- Ratings are normalized to the domain range rather than rejected outside it.
- The first recorded feedback changes the interview to Feedback Submitted.
- Retrying after Feedback Submitted returns the existing outcome without another row or stage move.
- Selected moves the candidate to Selected; Rejected moves to Rejected; Hold moves to Interviewed.
- A candidate note is also added.
Public feedback uses an opaque token. Token lifetime, revocation, interviewer identity verification, visibility of narrative feedback, and multi-interviewer aggregation Require confirmation. Interview notes are intentionally not reproduced here.
Requires confirmation
Formal ownership, production policy, authorization parity, and approved operating procedures require confirmation.
