Offer Management UI
Purpose
Generates compatibility offers, tracks status, previews records, downloads an offer document, and moves accepted offers to onboarding.
Navigation path
Talent → Offers; protected offer route.
Intended users and preconditions
Recruiter and HR-admin audiences in navigation evidence. Workspace data must include an eligible candidate; offer amount and joining date are required by the UI.
Main components
Metrics, offer form, search/status filters, offer cards, preview panel, public-link display, document download, and onboarding action.
Fields, columns, and sections
The source form includes candidate, compensation, joining date, status, and terms. The list exposes status and readiness metadata; sensitive values are not reproduced.
Filters and actions
Generate offer, search/filter, preview, update status where exposed, download document, and move an accepted offer to onboarding.
Validation
Candidate, positive compensation, and joining date are required. Service transition rules remain authoritative.
UI states
- Loading: An explicit offer-loading state is rendered.
- Empty: An explicit no-offers state is rendered.
- Success: Successful mutations reload the workspace.
- Error: Load, create, transition, onboarding, and document failures render page errors.
Permission behavior
No per-action approval, compensation, withdrawal, or separation-of-duties UI permission is confirmed.
API dependencies
Uses compatibility offer create/status/onboarding calls and Document generation/download calls.
Related business rules
The native model supports revision, approval, rejection, decline, and withdrawal, but the current primary UI does not provide a complete standalone approval/revision workflow.
