Purpose​

Displays dashboard, pipeline, interview, offer, and joining report responses and Recruitment dashboard metrics.

Talent → Recruitment Reports and the protected Recruitment dashboard.

Intended users and preconditions​

Recruiter/HR and dashboard audiences that pass route-specific role-or-feature checks. Protected access and available Recruitment report/workspace endpoints.

Main components​

Report tabs, flattened report panels, dashboard KPI cards, funnel/current-state metrics, retry behavior, and unavailable states.

Fields, columns, and sections​

Report panels render returned current-state key/value data; dashboards derive counts and rates from available report and workspace rows.

Filters and actions​

Switch report tabs, navigate from KPI cards, and retry unavailable sources.

Validation​

No user-entered report parameters are present in the Recruitment report page.

UI states​

  • Loading: A skeleton is shown while report requests run.
  • Empty: Unavailable and no-record representations are explicit.
  • Success: Available report data renders by tab; dashboard metrics use available sources.
  • Error: Each report request can be marked unavailable without preventing other tabs; page-level load retry is provided.

Permission behavior​

The report route uses the same coarse Recruitment feature guard. Dashboard access additionally checks source-defined role/feature evidence.

API dependencies​

Uses current-state Recruitment report endpoints and workspace data.

No historical warehouse analytics, Recruitment bulk import/export UI, diagnostic outbox UI, or sensitive-data export controls are confirmed.
