Overview
The implementation is Transitional. One portal route hosts two tabs: pending tasks and workflow definitions. Users can create a one-step definition, publish a listed definition, and approve, reject or delegate tasks returned by the caller-scoped task query.
There is no visual designer, version editor, instance-start/detail UI, employee-specific Workflow page, Workflow report endpoint, Workflow outbox UI, runtime Workflow feature switch or backend authorization policy. Shared dashboard, activity and integration-status pages provide limited adjacent operational visibility.
