Verified controls​

Approve is a direct row action. There is no confirmation dialog, editable comment, task detail preview or optimistic disable state. The submitted comment is fixed by the portal.

The backend rejects non-running instances and tasks that are no longer pending. If the current stage is complete, it opens the next applicable stage or completes the workflow.

Requires Confirmation​

Confirmation requirements, comment policy, double-click protection and downstream business-state feedback require confirmation.
