There is no employee-audience Workflow navigation item or dedicated employee Workflow page. Shared dashboard loading includes the caller's Workflow task feed, and one dashboard activity area can render those rows.

The administration route guard checks feature values rather than employee/admin audience. An employee session with an eligible value could pass direct-route presentation checks even though the sidebar hides the page; backend endpoints add no authorization policy.
