Workflow Operations Overview

Operational surfaces​

Verified ownership​

Workflow Service owns canonical definitions, execution, audit/timeline and outbox relay. The portal owns load/retry presentation and derived dashboard metrics. Shared Operations pages, rather than a Workflow-specific console, surface activity and service health.

No UI exposes outbox records, failed publication retry, instance recovery, migration state, consumer state, alert configuration or operational remediation. The documentation provides diagnostic interpretation, not internal operating commands.

Requires Confirmation​

On-call ownership, alerting, service levels, deployment topology and approved recovery procedures require confirmation.
