Workforce Scheduling Events & Integration Contracts
Summary
This page records the verified Workforce Scheduling event boundary and its adjacent Attendance integration behavior.
Reference Content
Implementation statements below are source-backed; explicit absences are reported where no scheduling event implementation was found.
Audience
Developers, integration engineers, QA engineers, support engineers, solution architects, and implementation partners.
Overview
Workforce Scheduling has no verified scheduling-owned domain events or integration contracts. Shift, weekly-off, policy, assignment, holiday, and compatibility changes are synchronous writes. The adjacent Attendance lifecycle does implement five domain events, five versioned integration contracts, a transactional outbox, and a broker relay. The Integration Service consumes three of those attendance contracts; this is adjacency, not a scheduling-change event surface.
Scope and authoritative totals
| Catalog | Scheduling-owned | Adjacent Attendance lifecycle |
|---|---|---|
| Domain events | 0 | 5 |

| Verified integration-orchestrator subscriptions | 0 | 3 |
Documentation map
Start with event overview and architecture. Catalogs cover domain events, integration events, publishers, consumers, and message contracts. Boundary pages cover Attendance, Leave, Payroll, notifications, gateway interaction, and compatibility. Delivery pages cover outbox, guarantees, ordering, correlation, idempotency, and retries and failures. Finish with testing, limitations, and the source map.
Maturity
The shared Attendance event path is Foundation/Partial. Scheduling event publication is Not implemented. Cross-service scheduling propagation remains Requires confirmation.
