This page records verified Workforce Scheduling UI and operational behavior and identifies unsupported capabilities explicitly.

Reference Content​

UI​

No roster planner, scheduling calendar, drag-and-drop allocation, coverage view, rotation editor, bulk assignment screen, or published-schedule experience exists.

Scheduling​

The implemented screen manages shift definitions and attendance policies, not workforce demand or rosters. Its “roster-ready” copy does not establish roster functionality.

Assignment​

No effective-dated assignment UI exists. Employee and user forms expose a single legacy fixed-shift value without history or overlap preview.

Permissions​

Menu roles and route features are different checks. Direct Attendance shift-policy endpoint mappings do not attach a reviewed authorization requirement; server enforcement requires confirmation.

Operations​

No scheduling-specific runbook, SLO, maintenance workflow, support escalation rule, replay control, or operator console was found.

Monitoring​

Only basic health, structured gateway routing logs, correlation, relay warnings, and persisted diagnostics are verified. No scheduling metrics, traces, dashboard, or alerts were found.

Reporting​

Employee reporting can display a fixed shift, but no staffing, coverage, roster, assignment-history, exception, or utilization report was found.

Compatibility​

Behavior and ownership vary with gateway cutover state. The UI does not show the selected owner, and legacy fixed-shift values are not the effective-dated assignment model.

Requires confirmation​

Production route state, direct endpoint authorization, operational ownership, alerts, retention, support escalation, feature governance, accessibility review, mobile behavior, and the future migration of fixed-shift selectors require confirmation.
