Monitoring and Observability

Summary

This page records verified Workforce Scheduling UI and operational behavior and identifies unsupported capabilities explicitly.

Audience

Business users, developers, QA engineers, support engineers, solution architects, and implementation partners.

Reference Content

Verified observability is limited to:

  • basic gateway and Attendance Service health endpoints;
  • gateway structured logs containing route owner, tenant, correlation, duration, method, path, and result status;
  • Attendance correlation middleware;
  • warnings from the Attendance outbox relay;
  • persisted scheduling audit and timeline rows;
  • read-only audit, timeline, and effective-policy diagnostic endpoints.

The basic health registration has no reviewed scheduling-specific dependency check. No metrics, traces, scheduling dashboard, alert rule, log query, health history, assignment-conflict counter, or UI for Attendance audit/timeline diagnostics was found.

The general Integrations & Features page attempts read-only service-status calls, but this is not a verified scheduling health console. The unified Activity page’s module list excludes Attendance.
