The route is protected by the client route guard. Navigation visibility additionally requires the time-office module feature, at least one accepted settings permission, an administrative audience, and an HR administrator or HR manager role bucket. The Settings duplicate is limited to the HR administrator role bucket.

The route itself checks feature entitlements but does not repeat the menu’s role-bucket test. Server authorization remains authoritative.
