Product Overview

Summary​

HR Suit is a tenant-aware human resources management system (HRMS) SaaS platform. Its current RC1 codebase combines an active ASP.NET Core monolith with incrementally extracted services and two React web portals.

Overview​

HR Suit provides a platform for workforce administration and related HR processes. Confirmed capability groups include platform and tenant administration, identity and access, employee and organization management, attendance and leave, payroll, talent processes, operational workflows, documents, notifications, and integrations.

The intended users represented by the current solution are:

  • Employees, managers, HR teams, payroll teams, and recruiters using the client HRMS portal.
  • Customer administrators managing their organization’s HR environment.
  • Platform administrators using the separate super-admin portal for platform-level administration.
  • Implementation, support, engineering, quality, and operations teams responsible for delivery and operation.

Current product stage​

The repository identifies the current release stage as RC1. The architecture is transitional: the monolith remains active while selected domain capabilities are extracted behind a gateway. A capability’s presence in source does not by itself mean that every path has completed production acceptance.

Documentation scope​

This Epic 1 foundation covers:

  • Product scope and capability maturity.
  • System context and high-level component relationships.
  • Modernization, gateway, data, messaging, tenancy, security, and observability concepts.
  • A current service catalog and shared architecture terminology.

It does not yet provide module procedures, API contracts, table definitions, deployment runbooks, operational security procedures, or complete release acceptance evidence. Detailed behavior must be verified in later documentation epics before readers rely on it for implementation or operation.
