The Enterprise Documentation Model defines how HR Suit documentation is classified, connected, owned, reviewed, versioned, searched, and safely automated. It is designed to support a documentation corpus exceeding 1,000 pages without coupling governance to individual modules.

The current validator treats enterprise relationship metadata as optional during migration but validates its type and controlled values whenever present. Existing core front matter remains required.
